Fuji introduced three new digital cameras today, with the FinePix F60fd leading the pack. This is essentially an update to the FinePix F50fd, with the notable changes being a larger LCD, auto scene selection, and enhanced face detection. Here are the specs:

- F2.8-5.1, 3X optical zoom lens, equivalent to 35 - 105 mm
- CCD-shift image stabilization
- 3.0" LCD display with 230,000 pixels
- Full manual controls; user can take full res shots at ISO 1600, 6MP at ISO 3200, and 3MP at ISO 6400
- Face Detection 3.0 can detect faces in almost any orientation; automatic redeye removal also available
- New Scene Recognition (SR) mode automatically picks a scene mode for you
- Records movies at 640 x 480 (25 frames/second) with sound
